(1) Hotel business type 1 (with room only) and hotel business
type 2 (room service and only room and restaurant service) have the opportunity to receive a hotel business license which will not interfere with the city planning law Building Control Act and to continue on business without any stop.
(2) Eliminates any confusion about city planning laws. Hence, the Building Control Act, the issuance of the Section 44 is a waiver, except for not having to follow the city planning law, including to not comply with regulations of the city plan and local ordinances that defines the construction site.
